Apple Pumpkin Sundaes

Banana and cinnamon naturally sweeten the creamy pumpkin mixture atop the juicy, crisp apples in these sundaes.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium   very ripe banana (mashed to 1/3 cup)
  • 1/3 cup   low fat plain yogurt or fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup   canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon  vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon   ground cinnamon
  • 1   large apple, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3/4 cup   Corn Flakes

Instructions

Step 1

In medium bowl stir together banana, yogurt, pumpkin, vanilla and cinnamon.

Step 2

Place apple in 4 dessert dishes. Spoon pumpkin mixture on top. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Serve immediately.
