  •   1 1/14 cups low fat milk
  •   1/4 cup raisins
  •   1/4 cup dried chopped figs
  •   1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  •   2 teaspoons honey
  •   1 apple, grated or chopped
  •   2 tablespoons low fat greek yogurt
  •   small handful of almonds
