  •   1 eggs (fresh)
  •   1/8 cup egg whites
  •   1/2 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  •   1/2 roma tomatoes (sliced thin)
  •   3 fresh basil leaves
  •   1 tsp balsamic vinegar (do me a favor and spend a little more money and get a good one. Not ridiculous, just a little more…you will thank me and a little goes a LONG way)
