  •   1 piece ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
  •   3 ozs rice cakes (fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen and sliced ⅙" thick at an angle)
  •   1 cup bamboo shoots (canned thinly sliced)
  •   1/2 head napa cabbage (cored and thinly sliced)
  •   1/4 cup soy sauce
  •   1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  •   1 tbsp bean sauce (douban jiang, chile)
  •   1 tsp sugar
  •   5 ozs spinach
  •   1 cup beansprouts
  •   1 tsp toasted sesame oil
