  •   10 ozs frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  •   11/2 tbsps soy sauce
  •   11/2 tbsps toasted sesame oil
  •   3/4 tsp sugar
  •   black pepper
  •   salt
  •   2 tsps corn starch
  •   2 tbsps vegetable oil
  •   11/2 tbsps ginger (minced fresh peeled)
