  •   11/2 tsps ginger (finely sliced)
  •   1/2 tsp soy sauce (thin or supreme)
  •   1/2 tsp sugar
  •   1/2 tsp corn starch
  •   1/8 tsp salt
  •   white pepper (to taste)
  •   1/2 lb chicken (thinly sliced)
  •   11/2 tbsps corn starch (mixed with 3 tablespoons cold water)
  •   1 tbsp oyster sauce
  •   1 tbsp sesame oil
  •   1/2 tsp dark soy
  •   1 tsp sugar
  •   1/8 tsp salt
  •   white pepper (to taste)
  •   1/2 lb egg noodles (fresh, cooked)

  •   2 tsps garlic (minced)
  •   1/2 cup bamboo shoots (strips)
  •   1/4 lb baby bok choy (or Chinese broccoli)
