  •   6 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
  •   3 tbsps chinese black vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
  •   2 tbsps shaoxing (Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry)
  •   2 tsps chile puree (with garlic sauce)
