Ingredients

  •   6 eggs (any size)
  •   4 tea bags
  •   2 tbsps black tea leaves
  •   2 tbsps black tea leaves
  •   2 tsps chinese five-spice powder (5 gm)
  •   1 tbsp coarse-grain salt (3 gm)
  •   toasted sesame seeds (to garnish)
  •   3 lbs chicken (either whole or in pieces, I used just drums)
  •   1 bag chamomile tea (torn open and leaves removed, you want the leaves, not the bag)
  •   1 tsp dried oregano
  •   1 tsp yellow mustard (dried)
  •   1 tsp sea salt
  •   3 garlic cloves (minced)
  •   1/2 lemon
  •   1 tbsp olive oil
  •   pepper (to taste)
  •   fresh thyme (to taste)
