Ingredients

  •   12 ozs spaghetti (dried, or Chinese Egg Noodles)
  •   2 tbsps peanut oil
  •   2 tsps minced garlic
  •   2 tsps ginger (grated)
  •   1 cucumber (peeled and julienned)
  •   2 carrots (peeled and julienned)
  •   2 tsps white sesame seeds
  •   2 scallions (green parts only, thinly sliced)
  •   sauce
  •   3 tbsps Chinese sesame paste (or 3 tablespoons tahini with an extra teaspoon of sesame oil)
  •   2 tbsps creamy peanut butter
  •   2 tbsps soy sauce
  •   1 tbsp sesame oil
  •   2 tbsps Chinese rice vinegar
  •   2 tsps chili paste
  •   2 tbsps sugar
  •   1/2 tsp ground sichuan pepper (optional)
