Easy Red Bean Jelly

This Red Bean Jelly is made from the leftover red bean paste that I made for mooncakes recently. This jelly is very easy to make with only water and agar agar powder. I’ve actually adapted the recipe from Ochikeron’s blog Create Eat Happy with some adjustment in the water. The jelly is a bit firm after chilled maybe due to the reason of high oil content in the red bean paste. Nonetheless, it is really yummy with perfect sweetness.
