Lazy Breakfast with a little hidden sugar

This is just a lazy morning when I run out of bread for my usual breakfast. Minimal carbs and minimal sugar. I would not classified having normal sweetened/flavoured yoghurt as healthy as you get too much hidden sugar. Check your food labels. You can also use nuts and seeds instead of weetbix/muesli.

  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • 1 cup  Natural plain yoghurt, un sweetened
  • A handful  Crushed weetbix or muesli
  • A drizzle  Honey, optional


Step 1

Chop all the fruits in big chunks and place them on top of the yoghurt in a bowl.

Step 2

Top it with a handful of crushed weetbix or muesli

Step 3

Drizzle with a little honey. You can opt this part if you are doing no hidden sugar.
