This is just a lazy morning when I run out of bread for my usual breakfast. Minimal carbs and minimal sugar. I would not classified having normal sweetened/flavoured yoghurt as healthy as you get too much hidden sugar. Check your food labels. You can also use nuts and seeds instead of weetbix/muesli.
Chop all the fruits in big chunks and place them on top of the yoghurt in a bowl.
Top it with a handful of crushed weetbix or muesli
Drizzle with a little honey. You can opt this part if you are doing no hidden sugar.
