Ingredients

  •   3/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  •   1/4 cup chinese rice wine (or dry Sherry)
  •   3 tbsps soy sauce
  •   1 tsp sugar
  •   1/4 tsp black pepper
  •   3 lbs lobster (live)
  •   2 tbsps vegetable oil
  •   2 tbsps fermented black beans (Chinese, rinsed and finely chopped)
  •   2 tsps chopped garlic (finely)
  •   2 tsps peeled fresh ginger (finely chopped)
  •   4 scallions (trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces)
  •   1/4 lb pork (ground fatty)
  •   2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  •   2 tsps sesame oil (Asian)
