Ingredients

  •   8 ounces low-fat plain yogurt
  •   1 large garlic clove, minced
  •   1 lemon, zested
  •   1 fresh mint
  •   1/2 cucumber, peeled
  •   2 pounds ground turkey (I used 1 pound of 6% fat and 1 pound 1% fat)
  •   2 tablespoons olive oil
  •   1 medium onion, finely chopped
  •   pinch of salt
  •   1 medium zucchini, grated
  •   1 1/2 tablespoons capers, chopped
  •   1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  •   2 slices whole wheat bread (you can also use white bread)
  •   1/2 cup parsley
  •   1 egg
  •   1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  •   1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  •   1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  •   1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  •   1/2 cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese
  •   2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
