  •   1 teaspoon salt
  •   3 tablespoons butter, melted
  •   2 tablespoons honey
  •   1 cup whole milk
  •   1 egg
  •   1/4 cup sugar
  •   1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  •   1 teaspoon flour
  •   1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water
