  •   udon (noodles)
  •   125 ozs extra firm tofu (drained, pressed dry, cubed and baked, tofu)
  •   broccoli florets (par cooked)
  •   carrots (par cooked)
  •   butter lettuce (for serving)
  •   red pepper flakes (if desired, for serving)
  •   orange zest (for serving)
