Pan Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups   all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons  baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon   salt
  • 1 tablespoon   sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups  milk
  • 1   egg
  • 3 tablespoons   butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon  butter for cooking

Instructions

Step 1

Sift flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl

Step 2

At the center of the flour mixture, pour in the milk egg and melted butter

Step 3

Mix everything until smooth

Step 4

Preheat non-stick pan with small amount of butter over medium heat

Step 5

Scoop the mixture onto the heated pan

Step 6

Pan fry both side of the the pan cake until brown

Step 7

Serve while hot!
