Pineapple jam for tart baking / bread spread / and many more!
Skin pineapples and remove the eyes
Grate pineapples using a pineapple grater until the cores are reached
Drain grated pineapple using a large sieve
Cooke grated pineapple and sugar on moderate heat until dry for around 60 minutes
Once the pineapple jam reaches the desire thickness and colour, remove from heat and leave it to cool
Store the pineapple jam in a tight container after cool
