Prosciutto-Wrapped Cherry-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  •   1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped
  •   1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  •   1 egg yolk
  •   1 1/2 tablespoons finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
