Quick Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 can   tuna in water
  • 1/2 stalk   celery
  • 1 1/2   pickles
  • 1 teaspoon   pickle juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons   mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup   onion
  • 1 pinch   pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Drain and put tuna and pepper in a bowl

Step 2

Chop onion, celery and pickle into very small pieces and add to bowl

Step 3

Add plenty of mayonnaise to cover ingredients when mixed

Step 4

Add a little pickle juice to moisten the mixture

Step 5

Spread on bread with tomato and sprouts

Step 6
