  •   2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  •   2 cups green onions (chopped)
  •   1 tbsp peeled fresh ginger (minced)
  •   5 cups long-grain rice (cooked, chilled)
  •   1 lb medium shrimp (cooked, peeled, and coarsely chopped)
