  •   5 tbsps black peppercorns (Coarsely Ground)
  •   6 tbsps butter
  •   5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  •   1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  •   1 pinch chinese five-spice powder
  •   2 tbsps oyster sauce
  •   3 tbsps chinese rice wine
  •   3 tbsps chicken stock (or Water)
