  •   3 tbsps sesame oil (Asian)
  •   2 tbsps soy sauce
  •   2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
  •   11/2 tbsps sugar
  •   1 tbsp hot chili oil (or more)
  •   11/2 tsps salt
  •   1 lb Chinese egg noodles (fresh, or fresh angel hair pasta)
  •   12 green onions (white and pale green parts only, thinly sliced)
  •   1/2 cup roasted peanuts (coarsely chopped)
  •   1/4 cup thai basil (thinly sliced fresh)
