An easy dish which you can cook a lot and put them into your fridge. When you need to add some dish on your table, just deep fry them.
Mix minced pork and fish paste together in a big bowl
Add in adequate amount of salt and paper and 1 tbsp of sugar and 1tbsp of soy sauce.
Mix the paste together with pepper the Allspice powder, carrot and waterchestnut
Make sure everything is mixed well before making it into a spring roll
After the mixture is ready, put sufficient amount of mixture onto the bean curd sheet and make it into a spring roll
After the spring rolls are ready, put them onto a tray and steam them for 15 minutes
After the spring rolls are steamed, deep fry them until the outer layer becomes goldenly crunchy. Then, they are ready to be served
