  •   4 tsps oyster sauce
  •   1 tbsp corn starch
  •   1/2 tsp ground white pepper (freshly)

  •   11/2 tsps sesame oil
  •   1 tbsp vegetable oil
  •   24 dumpling wrappers (round wheat-flour)
  •   21/2 tsps vegetable oil
  •   light soy sauce
