  •   1000 grams radishes (Fresh long, aka daikon/turnip)
  •   800 ml water (including the water squeezed from the white radish)
  •   4 shiitake (middle size)
  •   1 tsp chinese five-spice powder (can be replaced by white pepper powder)
  •   1 tbsp dried shrimp (pre soaked)
  •   100 grams chinese sausage
  •   1/4 purple onion (middle size)
  •   3 green onions
  •   1/2 tbsp salt
  •   1/2 tsp sugar
  •   cooking oil (Vegetable, as needed)
  •   1 tbsp cooking wine
