Ingredients

  •   2 tbsps chia seeds
  •   4 tbsps water
  •   300 grams sweet potatoes (cooked, I usually bake it when oven on day or two before)
  •   3 ozs medjool date (weight without stones)
  •   2 tbsps coconut oil
  •   4 tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder (/raw cacao)
  •   2 tbsps maple syrup
  •   1 tsp vanilla extract
  •   30 grams almond flour (/almond meal)
  •   75 grams white rice flour
  •   1 pinch salt
  •   1 tsp cinnamon
  •   1 tsp chili powder (mine is relatively hot - if yours is mild you may want a little more)
  •   1 tsp baking powder
