  •   wonton wrappers (– as needed)
  •   1 cup carrots
  •   1 cup cabbage
  •   tofu (firm – ¾ cup, finely chopped)
  •   3 spring onions
  •   2 tbsps soy sauce
  •   1 tbsp chili sauce
  •   1 tbsp corn starch
  •   salt (– as needed, might not need any as we are using soy sauce)
  •   2 clove (minced)
  •   1/2 in ginger
  •   2 tbsps oil
