  •   3 cups V-8 Juice (you can use low-sodium V8 or even tomato juice, homemade or store bought)
  •   2 cans diced tomatoes (Italian)
  •   1 onions (small)
  •   2 cloves minced garlic
  •   1 pkg sliced mushrooms
  •   3 carrots (peeled and sliced)
  •   1 zucchini (diced)
  •   1 yellow squash (diced)
  •   2 cups frozen green beans (or fresh)
  •   1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  •   4 cups shredded cabbage
  •   1 tsp italian seasoning
  •   salt
