  •   24 ozs monkfish fillets (or 2 cod fillets, washed, seasoned with salt and pepper and cut into 6 smaller fillets*)
  •   4 cloves garlic (crushed and finely chopped)
  •   1 piece fresh ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
  •   1 red chili peppers (medium, seeded and finely chopped)
  •   5 tbsps light soy sauce
  •   2 tbsps toasted sesame oil
  •   2 spring onions (green, sliced into thin strips)
  •   1 tbsp cilantro leaves (coarsely chopped fresh)
