Posted for 2006 ZWT II this recipe taken from Avon International Cookbook In Malaysia they enjoy a sweet rich dessert at the end of their meals.
Laksa is a Malaysian soup made from laksa flavour spicy curry, coconut cream, noodles, prawns/shrimp, chicken and lots of fresh toppings.
This recipe came highly recommended and intrigued me as the spice combination was different to any curry I have made.
I love these tender chicken pieces in fragrant coconut curry gravy.
The amount of curry paste in this recipe does not overpower the flavor of the prawns and the coconut milk gives the sauce a richness.
